• Please include your name & address, your home telephone number, and the Teaching Number of your selection. Because we do not accept credit cards we will send a bill to you with your order.  If you prefer, we will send the bill to you and the order to another person.
• The cost of our tapes is $3.00 each ($4.00 outside the USA) which includes postage, handling, and tax.
• The cost of our CDs is $4.00 each ($5.00 outside the USA) which includes postage, handling, and tax.
