Athletic Fee:

A fee of $100.00 is to be paid for each sport played at the junior and senior high level. This fee is used to offset the cost of operating an interscholastic sports program. The fee for the 2006-2007 athletic year is $100.00, due before the players can receive their uniform.

Sports Registration - This form MUST be completed in full and submitted with the athletic fee, before an athlete may begin practice for each season of participation.
