Our elementary hot lunch program is run and serviced by the high school Cougar Café. The program is offered 5 days a week to our students in PK 3 to 6th grade. The menu consists of hot items, salads and fruit, milk and juice, as well as an assortment of desserts.

The way it works:

Each family must establish a bank account for their child/children. Once a bank account is established the student receives a debit card that he/she will use each time they order lunch. When the debit card is swiped at the register the money is automatically withdrawn from the account. Each week an e-mail will be sent that lists the purchases for the week, as well as a current account balance. When the balance reaches $10.00, the account will need to be replenished. This happens by simply sending in money with your child clearly designated for Hot Lunch.

My child is too young!

For our younger children in PK through 1st grade, we ask that the parent fill out an order form and send it in to the teacher. The teacher will then pass the form on to the kitchen staff, who will ensure that each student get what the parent has ordered.
