Our group consists of men and women in their 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and a few blessed saints in their 80’s. What is nice is that we know that we are all one in Christ Jesus, so we greatly enjoy one another’s company without concern of what age bracket we are presently in.
What we do
We begin our time of fellowship in worship led by members from our group. We are presently having an enjoyable time studying the book of Revelation. Following our Bible study, we meet in the front foyer to enjoy refreshments and a time of social interaction.
Why we meet
The purpose and vision of our group is to pray for one another and the church body. In addition, many of our fellowship members serve in other church ministries such as the children ministries, ushers, greeters, prison ministry, food pantry, prayer warriors, visitations, sports, addictions, women’s and men’s ministries, music, sound, and security.
Socially, our group gathers for seasonal luncheons. We are also planning some events at church, such as a matinee of the Sight and Sound musical performances here at Calvary.
We hope that you will come and join us!
Some key people to meet
